Plane crashes in FYROM

A private commercial plane has disappeared this afternoon from the radar near “Alexander the Great” airport in Skopje. The plane has gone down as it could not land and fill up with kerosene in the Skopje airport. The news has been confirmed for IBNA news agency.

Ministry of Interior’s spokesperson, Liza Bendevska declared for IBNA that “at 5.40 pm there was news that a ‘Paper’ plane, registered in Germany, which had set off from Treviso, Italy, had demanded to land in the Skopje airport to fill up with kerosene, but the plane went missing from the radars”.

Later, the Ministry of Interior said that the plane in question had crashed near Veles.

IBNA learns from unofficial sources that the six passengers and the air crew had lost their life in this air disaster. /balkaneu.com/
