During the weekend, the first international festival “Piano Summer Ohrid” will be held in Ohrid under the auspices of “Piano Summer” association.
This association has been formed by national and international musicians and among them there are also prominent artists.
The festival which will last until August 27 will see the holding of international piano summer academy, which will be led by German pianist and professor, Klaus Schilde, known for his experience in the Berlin Music Academy, Tokyo, etc, but he’s also known as the head of the Music Academy of Munich.
Present in this academy will also be other piano masters such as Dimitrij Romanov from Russia, Hu Son Tekin from South Korea, Masako Sakai and Miku Nisimot from Japan, Zoran Imisirovic from Bosnia and other names.
This event will also see concerts hosted in the hall of the commune of Ohrid and “Saint Sofia” church. The festival will also have piano marathons with the participation of many countries. Piano Summer Ohrid has been supported by the Ohrid Commune and other associations. /ibna/
