Rafiz Fera, graduated in graphic design at the Faculty of Art and Design at the European University in Skopje, was one of the participants awarded in the Intercultural Photo Award in Austria.
189 photographs have been sent in this competition by participating countries from all over the world.
After selecting the 35 best photographs, the jury consisting on five members has delivered the Intercultural Photo Award for five people, among which is Rafiz Fera.
Now, the photograph shot by Fera has become part of the exhibition which is being held in many countries of the world.
“Skopje is a city which unites many cultures and religions from the past and present, which communicate between each other in time and space”, said Fera in relation to the photograph called “Hole in the City Wall”.
Fela is a young designer living and working in Skopje. Besides graphic design, he actively engages in photography too.
The competition called “Intercultural Meetings” presents the latest incentives of the “Dialogue of Cultures” work group, founded in 2007 by the Austrian Foreign Ministry. /ibna/
