Democratic Party of Kosovo has filed today to the Constitutional Court a request for this court to examine and come up with a decision on the election of the speaker of parliament, Isa Mustafa.
MPs Xhavit Halili and Memli Krasniqi have submitted to the highest legal institution in the country the demand for interpretation of yesterday’s developments in the parliament of Kosovo. Xhavit Haliti MP said that this decision was taken as this party’s considers yesterday’s development as a breach of procedures.
“PDK believes that procedures have been breached. There have been consecutive violations. We have demanded for the procedure to be suspended by the Constitutional Court”, said Haliti.
Haliti didn’t say anything if the country will head to extraordinary elections, but said that this decision is taken by other institution. /ibna/
