The co-chairman of the Kosovo state delegation for dialogue with Serbia, Fatmir Limaj declared today from parliament that the platform for dialogue and the law for dialogue are two different things.
According to him, the platform is a political document, while the law on dialogue governs the powers of the delegation. “First, I’d like to say that the law is different to the platform. The platform is a political document proposed by the state delegation. The law governs the powers of the delegation, while the platform comes as a result of the obligation when the state delegation for dialogue was voted”, he said.
Meanwhile, opposition MP, Albulena Haxhiu said that that Law on Dialogue will be sent to the Constitutional Court.
On his part, LDK’s lawmaker, Arben Gashi said that the Platform for Dialogue cannot be voted before the special law comes into effect. /ibna/
