Committee of prosecutors has officially delivered to the parliament of Montenegro the proposal to elect as general prosecutor the current chief judge of the Court of First Instance of Kotor, Branko Vuckovic, valuing his results, his professional and personal integrity and his authority in the judicial system.
The general prosecutor will be elected by parliament with 2/3 of the votes or 3/5 in the second round of the voting.
The criteria to be nominated in such post are also met by the head prosecutor of Podgorica, Vesna Jovicevic, the deputy general prosecutor, Stojanka Radovic and Goran Rodic, a lawyer. Vuckovic has reported in front of the members of the committee of prosecutors about his views and how the work of the prosecution will be further advanced. /ibna/
