Parliament of FYROM approved last night the new bills on which the four main political parties have agreed on as part of the so called Przino Agreement, which was reached a year ago, but which was completed through an annex in the 20 July meeting.
The bills in question relate to the creation of the technical government 100 days prior to the elections, the bill on the Ministry of Interior, the bill on the regulation of the media and electoral code. The bills were passed through a fast tracked procedure and were voted unanimously.
After this voting, a part of these bills will start to be implemented, while on 31 August, leaders of the four main political parties in the country will assess as to whether the necessary conditions have been met in order for the country to head to early elections, expected to be held at the end of the year.
The Przino Agreement was reached in June of last year with the brokerage of EU and USA, but its implementation has been difficult, due to the disagreements between the political parties. /balkaneu.com/
