One of the most prominent players of Macedonian football, Goran Pandev, who currently plays for Galatasary in Turkey, is looking into the possibility of returning to the national side.
Pandev left the national side following several bad results in the qualifying matches of the 2014 World Cup and following disagreements with the Football Association.
The newly appointed coach, Lubink Drulovic, said that Pandev may come back in the national team.
“I have talked to Pandev and there’s a great chance that he may join the national team. We cannot hope on the next meeting against Slovakia on June 14, but we can hope to have him in the matches that will be played in September against Spain and Luxembourg”, Drulovic declared.
The Serb coach of FYROM’s national side, Lubinko Drulovic was appointed two months ago as coach of the national team, following the departure of Bosko Djurovski, who left as a result of the weak results for the European qualifiers. Drulovic said that he’s finalizing the list of players for the match against Slovakia. /ibna/
