There are over 1600 people who have been employed by the state administration, but although they are staying at home, they are getting paid.
The people in question mainly consist of administrators employed under the Ohrid Agreement for the increase of the representation of the Albanian community in the state administration.
But it’s been years now that these people have not been appointed in the state institutions. Minister Damjan Mancevski said that the government will be committed to appoint them in the administration in accordance to the needs of each ministry and institution.
“As soon as we can appoint them, the better it is. We’re doing everything we can to engage them as part of the state administration”, said minister of Public Administration, Damjan Mancevski. /balkaneu.com/
