Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic received the outgoing Croatian Ambassador to Belgrade Gordan Bakota as a farewell visit.
Ivica Dacic stressed that the collaboration with Ambassador Bakota was pretty good, regardless of the issues that burden the relations between the two countries.
The two men underlined the importance of the forthcoming EU presidency of Croatia, which will begin on 1 January 2020, mainly in the context of the enlargement policy, which should find its way back into the EU agenda.
The Croatian Ambassador said that for this purpose, Croatia would host an EU and Western Balkan leaders Summit in Zagreb in May 2020. /ibna
