The next hours, according to the vice president of the government of fYROMacedonia, Bujar Osmani could be of crucial importance regarding the outcome of the negotiations. This is what he said to the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, with whom he met today, in Brussels.
“There has been considerable progress and never before have the two countries been closer to a solution (to the name dispute) as they are right now. The coming hours could prove crucial to the result of the negotiations and I hope that the positive outcome will create the appropriate environment for the deepening of bilateral relations between fYROMacedonia and Greece, as well as the necessary conditions for the further strengthening of the Euro-Atlantic perspective of fYROMacedonia”, Osmani said at the meeting, as the relevant statement issued by his office mentions…. / IBNA
