Leader of Dignity Party, Stojance Angelov has demanded the resignation of PM Nikola Gruevski. Angelov’s request follows a meeting held yesterday with PM Nikola Gruevski.
“I told him that the situation in Macedonia was serious and that there exists much anger amid the people. This situation must calm down, because the situation may escalate. The PM listened to my advices, but we didn’t share the same opinion. He doesn’t think that the situation in the country is like this”, Angelov said.
According to him, it’s in the best interest of the country to form a technical government and to hold fresh parliamentary elections in six months. Angelov is part of the opposition and his party, the Dignity Party has former members of security forces which participated in the 2001 conflict. /ibna/
