Leader of Macedonian opposition, Zoran Zaev, published today fresh wiretapping materials which indicated the influence of politics on the justice system.

“Three people have taken all the decisions and they are Nikola Gruevski, head of Secret Services, Saso Mijalkov and Interior Minister, Gordana Jankulovska. They have had their collaborators within the coalition party BDI, such as the minister of Justice, Blerim Bexheti and deputy PM Musa Xhaferri. These people have bargained and have appointed judges and prosecutors. They have also had plans of revenge against all of those who have not responded to their orders”, Zaev said.

Part of the conversations that were made public are minister of Interior, Gordana Jankulovska, head of Secret Services, Saso Mijalkov and on the other hand, former minister of Justice, Blerim Bexheti and deputy PM, Musa Xhaferri, planning the appointment of judges and prosecutors and discussing on court rulings.

Zaev said that he will continue with the publication of other wiretapped materials, which according to him will shed light upon the fact that the state has been captured. “We will continue with the publication of materials that will shed light upon the truth in our country. We will not spare anything and anyone”, Zaev declared.

Zaev also said that he holds materials which relate to the case of the murder of five Macedonians in Smilkovc, Skopje three years ago, for which six Albanians were sentenced to life in prison. At that time, this process was considered orchestrated and without facts, something which sparked protested by Albanians.  “We possess materials that relate to  this case and we will publish all of them, regardless of who may be affected by them”, Zaev declared.

Zaev also said that he will not publish the registered materials concerning ambassadors and that all files have been submitted to the respective ambassadors. /ibna/
