The leader of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, declared today that given that it’s important for parliamentary life to come back to normality, he said that the opposition is ready to come back to parliament through international monitoring.
“The only solution is for the return of parliament to normality. For this reason, the opposition has proposed an agreement between majority and opposition, vouched for by the international community, where the majority is engaged not to discuss the sovereignty of the Constitution and court rulings and work with the opposition in order to dismantle the mechanism that promotes crime in parliament and state structures”, said Edi Paloka in a press conference.
Earlier, he said that the suspension of relations with parliament is a result of the damage caused to parliamentary debate by the majority leaders, Rama and Meta. According to Paloka, with the only aim of stopping transparency, Rama and Meta violate the Constitution and the law, by refusing to obey the orders of the Constitutional Court. /ibna/
