The largest opposition party in FYROM, SDSM (Macedonian Social Democratic League), accused former Prime Minister and leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski of saving 119 thousand euros within a year with a salary of 1400 euros a month.
The spokesman of this opposition party, Petre Silegov said that this information was extracted from Gruevski’s declaration of assets submitted to the Anti-Corruption Commission for the period 2014-2015.
“Each month last year, Gruevski has managed to put aside 10 thousand euros”, Silegov said.
Leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski issued a press release where he rejected the opposition’s declarations, saying that it is manipulating the public opinion. “The information is manipulated. The only incomes that I have had last year were from my salary”, Gruevski said, stressing that he has always made his wealth transparent. /balkaneu.com/
