Deputy supreme commander of NATO for Europe, General Sir Adrian Bradshaw has visited on Tuesday the Ministry of Security Forces of Kosovo (KSF).

During the meeting with minister Agim Ceku, he has confirmed the excellent relations that the North Atlantic Alliance has with KSF.

General Bradshaw said that KSF troops are prepared to secure a safer environment in Kosovo.

He said that all the demands outlined in this meeting will be addressed by him in Brussels.

“We saw that your forces are able to secure a safer environment in Kosovo. The whole people of Kosovo can count on these forces. I’d like to stress the excellent relations that we have with you as a minister and with the entire organization and we want these relations to continue”, declared Bradshaw.

Meanwhile, minister Agim Ceku said that the success of KSF is closely linked to the support that NATO has given to these forces, but to Kosovo too.

He said that he demanded from general Bradshaw for NATO to  help Kosovo in several domains.

“An important part of this success is NATO and NATO elements present in Kosovo, such as KFOR, advisory liaison NATO team and the NATO advisory team at the ministry”, said Ceku.

He said that with the help of NATO, KSF has achieved extraordinary successes.

“Thanks to this support, thanks to its work, KSF has become an important factor in the region and our country and has become a trusted partner for NATO and has built extraordinary close relations with NATO”, added Ceku. /ibna/
