Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa has unfolded the achievements of the government in 2015.
He said that last year, the governing coalition has worked in order to deliver five projects which have been the pillars of the government’s work plan.
Mustafa said that the signing of SAA has been one of the greatest achievements. As far as economic development is concerned, the prime minister said that Kosovo is the only country in the region which has marked a 3,5% economic growth.
“Economic growth came as a result of fiscal policies and other policies in the domain of economy”, he said.
Kosovo’s PM also talked about agriculture, saying that there have been subsidies for farmers. He has also mentioned the increase of pensions and the fact that veterans are also receiving pensions now.
As far as foreign policy is concerned, Prime Minister Mustafa said that Kosovo has delivered all the criteria for the liberalization of visas and that a political decision by the EU is being expected now.
He said that during 2015, the government has faced a number of important decisions such as constitutional chambers for the establishment of Special Chambers, that for the Association of Serb Communes and Demarcation.
The 2015 report on the work of the government will be sent to parliament for approval. /balkaneu.com/
