Montenegro to borrow less than originally planned

This year, Montenegro will borrow less than envisaged by the budget, said Minister of Finance Radoje Zugic, adding that this amount would be 220 million instead of the originally planned 250 million.

We will probably borrow 220 million, and we believe that it is not necessary to use all that to repay the debts, cover or financing costs and deficit amounting to 98 million, Zugic said after a Cabinet meeting, adding that a part of that amount could be kept as a fiscal reserve.
