Montenegro and Georgia have common interests in several fields such as tourism, agriculture, commerce and culture, therefore the two countries must work more to boost up cooperation.
This was confirmed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro, Igor Lukshic and Georgian Minister of State on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Aleks Petriashvili (photo).
The two countries have announced the exchange of diplomatic centers and have signed on Tuesday the protocol for cooperation between the two ministries.
The Georgian State Minister, Petriashvili declared that the two countries share common interests in different fields and especially in the path of the accession in the European Union and NATO.
In the framework of the visit that Mr. Petriashvili is holding in Montenegro, he had a meeting with the Minister of Tourism and Sustainable Development of Montenegro. During this meeting, the two personalities signed a protocol for cooperation between the governments of Montenegro and Georgia in the domain of tourism. /ibna/
