A British national, who has been missing since 8th August, was found dead in a forest area of the Protaras holiday resort, in Famagusta district.
Sixty-nine year old Waceryk George Jackow`s decomposed body was located on Wednesday morning at Panagiotisa area of Protaras.
Famagusta deputy police chief Yiorgos Economou said Police did not suspect foul play.
Jackow, who was suffering from Alzheimer`s, went missing from the hotel he was staying in Agia Napa on 8th August. His son reported Jackow`s disappearance and Police were searching the area on a daily basis in a number of locations. The elderly Briton had arrived in Cyprus for holidays the day before he disappeared.
