Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Arban Abrashi has met today with representatives of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce. Both sides have pledged for close cooperation for economic development and the creation of new jobs.
Minister Abrashi stressed the importance of the private sector and in this context, he expressed his readiness for an efficient cooperation with the scope of developing private sector and creating new jobs.
On the other hand, head of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Safet Gerxhaliu said that the strengthening of the private sector can have positive effects for the future of Kosovo.
“The Ministry of Labor and the Chamber of Commerce believe that investing in professional education is the best possibility for the creation of new jobs not only in Kosovo, but also in the region. There’s an urgent need to analyze the labor market, but also a number of other important issues which must be addressed”, reads the statement of the ministry.
Minister Abrashi and the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce agreed and committed for efficient cooperation in order to generate good results for society. /ibna/
