In the framework of the 2014 Kosovar Business Weeks, with the motto “I consume only domestic products, what about you?”, Kosovo Alliance of Businesses led by its chairman Agim Shahini and deputy minister of Economic development, Ramadan Hasani, is participating in the Food and Technology Fair-Foodex 2014, which is seeing the participation of over 50 businesses from Kosovo.
Present in the official opening were governor of Izmir, Mustafa Toprak, MP of Albanian origins in the Turkish parliament, Rifat Saiti, vice mayor of Izmir, vice minister of Agriculture of Turkey and many businesses from different countries of the world. During his speech at the opening of the Fair, Agim Shahini of the Kosovo Alliance of Businesses, said that Kosovo is an interesting country for Turkish investments and that the country has many investors from Turkey such as CALIK and LIMAK, one of the most powerful investors in Kosovo and many others who have taken part in the process of privatization and construction of infrastructure.
Turkey’s readiness to support Kosovo has never been missing, said in his speech the organizer of the event, Osman Gencer, general director of “Genciz” fair company. /ibna/
