Kosovo Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, will travel to Paris this week when he will meet French President Emmanuel Macron, the Government’s Press Service said in a statement.
The Prime Minister Kurti met Sunday with Isabelle Dumont, Advisor for Continental Europe, and Turkey in the Cabinet of French President Macron, and Marie-Christine Butel, French Ambassador to Kosovo, Guillaume Rousson, advisor in the Continental Europe Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, and the first adviser at the embassy, Cyprien François. According to Kosovo Prime Minister’s Office the topic of the meeting was the visit of Prime Minister Kurti in Brussels and the new chapter of the dialogue with Serbia. The meeting was part of preparations of Kurti’s visit to Paris during this week, when he will meet French President Macron.
Macron in a letter sent to Kurti congratulating him on assuming duties as prime minister of Kosovo in March 2021, asked him to continue the dialogue with Serbia. Macron also invited Kurti to visit France to discuss Pristina-Belgrade dialogue./ibna
