“M” expected to testify in the “Kleçka” trial

Pristina, May 21, 2013

“Kleçka” trial continues against Fatmir Limaj and his other collaborators of the Kosovo Liberation Army. A witness of the prosecution, name coded “M” is expected to testify today.

The two witnesses before him had identified themselves and had testified in Limaj’s favor. The defense attorney said that he’s not expecting anything extraordinary by “M”.

“Even from ‘M’ we’re not expecting anything extraordinary. We hope that the retrial against Fatmir Limaj will soon come to an end, given that the defense has decided to hear the testimonies of only 8 witnesses, out of 30 of them. So far, three witnesses have been heard”, said defense attorney, Tomë Gashi.

Gashi said that he was optimistic that until the end of June, the retrial against Fatmir Limaj will be concluded along with the other defendants in this process.  /ibna/
