Largest Macedonian opposition party in the country LSDM (Macedonian Social Democratic League) said today that the current majority is responsible for the confusion and political crisis in the country.
In the meeting held last night, the steering committee of this party discussed the developments in the parliament of the country without the presence of the opposition and underlined that the majority might as well remove the mandates of opposition MPs, who have given up on them following their decision not to recognize the elections.
“Our opposition MPs gave up on their mandates five months ago. Speaker of parliament, Trajko Veljanovski might as well remove them. There’s no need to manipulate the public opinion or announce dates for the decision”, said LSDM through a press release.
This party has clearly articulated its demands that it will accept political dialogue with the majority only if a technical government is formed which will hold new democratic elections. /ibna/
