The Democratic Party of Kosovo MP, Fatmir Limaj has once again been released from house arrested. The ruling has been issued by the court, following a request filed yesterday by the defense attorneys in the “Kleçka” trial.
According to the ruling, the defendants must regularly present themselves to the nearest police precinct until the court issues a final ruling for them. Meanwhile, the final ruling is expected to be issued in September of this year.
Limaj had been once again placed under house arrested after his initial release. None of the witnesses that have testified, hasn’t given a testimony against the defendants.
