Head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj convened a meeting today with the steering committee of the party to discuss about tomorrow’s first session of parliament and the formation of the new government.
After this meeting, the leader of LDK said that as far as the coalition with Self Determination is concerned, it’s difficult to think that an agreement could be reached in tomorrow’s session.
Nevertheless, said he, there’s a possibility to hold talks for processes such as the formation of the government.
Haradinaj added that he believes that the opposition will be able to elect the speaker of parliament tomorrow and that minorities will offer their vote too.
“The steering committee of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), in compliance with the party’s status, unanimously decided in today’s meeting to authorize me to continue the consults for the creation of the new institutions of Kosovo with the Democratic League of Kosovo, Incentive for Kosovo and the other political spectrum and representatives of communities”, declared Haradinaj.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has gathered today to discuss tomorrow’s parliamentary session, which is expected to elect its new speaker.
While PDK claims that it has the largest parliamentary group, the same thing is also claimed by LDK-AAK and Incentive. /ibna/
