An EU-mediated teleconference between Pristina and Belgrade took place on Sunday in Brussels, where, according to EU Special Representative for the Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, the parties agreed on the main points of the process.
“We have just completed the teleconference with President Vucić and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti. I am happy to announce that after the Paris Summit [s.s. Last Friday] and today’s meeting, the EU – facilitated dialogue for the completion of the normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo is back on track after 20 months”, Lajcak said.
“As a result of today’s meeting, we agreed on the main elements of the process. We also agreed on the agenda of the next meeting, which will take place in person in Brussels next Thursday. I want to thank both parties for their constructive commitment today”, Lajcak said on Sunday./ibna
