Given that the bill on “Trepça” will be sent to parliament today for voting, an urgent meeting has been called with representatives of the four communes with a Serb majority in the north of Kosovo.
Representatives of the Serb government, Serbs of Kosovo and Trepça’s Serb managers believe that the bill for the concerning the metallurgic giant leaves 80% of Trepça’s shares to the government of Kosovo.
As a result of this bill, Serb workers have blocked the road linking Rashka to Pristina in Rudare, near Zvecan for the last couple of days.
A protest is expected to be held in the afternoon, joining people from all four communes of Serb majority in the north of the country. /balkaneu.com/
