Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj told a press conference today that he’s hopeful that the European Union will decide in favour of visa liberalization for the citizens of Kosovo.
“We have now entered the implementation phase. I believe that we will receive the decision in June. But the process is underway. I’m hopeful that we will receive the good news about visas in autumn”, Haradinaj said.
Meanwhile, the PM also announced that he will have a bilateral meeting with German chancellor Angela Merkel.
“On June 6, I shall meet Merkel. This the first bilateral meeting between Kosovo and Germany and is a big success. The decision about the tax is a sovereign decision of this government and it has nothing to do with bilateral relations between Kosovo and Germany”, he said. /ibna/
