Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli is optimistic that visa liberalisation will take place this year.
“This is a decisive year for Kosovo. This year, Kosovars will be able to travel without visas. I hope that European elections will make Europe more open to Kosovars”, he said.
Pacolli also dismissed claims that many countries will withdraw their decision of recognizing Kosovo’s independence, by saying that Kosovo will be visited by many officials of these countries.
As far as new recognitions are concerned, Pacolli said that it’s hard for this to happen due to geopolitical changes. /ibna/
