Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj had a meeting today with foreign ambassadors to Kosovo regarding the anti-corruption laws and corruption cases .
In his speech, PM Haradinaj said that economic development is closely linked to the rule of law and that the state has a duty to protect businesses and foreign investors.
“Foreign investors need to feel safe and that their capital is protected. They need to trust the judicial system. Kosovo’s doors for foreign investors are open. We have seen the biggest direct investment amounting to 1.3 billion euros and we’re expecting another 11 strategic investments amounting to 1 billion euros”, PM Haradinaj said, explaining that the state will not allow for these investments to be threatened. /ibna/
