Kosovo’s Finance Minister, Besim Beqaj received today in a meeting the new representative of IMF for Kosovo , Frank Lajkwik. As of September this year, Mr. Lajkwikk will replace the current representative of IMF, Jose Sulemane.
During the meeting minister Beqaj thanked Sulemane for his work, contribution and his close cooperation with the institutions of Kosovo.
Beqaj said that he was convinced that cooperation between IMF and Kosovo will continue even in the future.
During this meeting, minister Beqaj briefed Lajkwik on the latest developments relating the budget of Kosovo, the commitment of the government in strengthening the fiscal system and the macro-fiscal stability. /ibna/
