Kosovo Security Forces (FSK) and Serb Army are participating in a military drill code named “Combined Solution II”.

This drill has started on May 15 and will continue until June 30,  sources from the government of Kosovo report.

Participating in this drill are 4 thousand troops from 13 European countries, including Serbia and Kosovo.

This drill has been launched by US Army Europe and is taking place in Hohenfels, Germany.

All participating countries have been identified in NATO’s official communication as “NATO allies” (members) and partners (future members).

This is the first time that 28 member countries and the military block led by USA have accepted Kosovo as one of the Alliance’s partners.

In spite of being a new army, Kosovo Security Forces were created by NATO’s KFOR and have been trained and equipped with weapons, armored vehicles and uniforms designed with the highest standards of modern armies.

Besides Kosovo, Serbia and USA, other countries that participate in this drill are France, Belgium, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and members of the “Peace Partnership”, Austria and Georgia. /ibna/
