The exhibition called “In the Name of the Godfather” by Kosovo painter, Engjell Berisha, opened last night in Skopje.
This exhibition was organized by the embassy of Kosovo, in the framework of activities for the seventh anniversary of the independence of Kosovo and present in it were art lovers from Skopje and other countries.
Berisha said that he was honored for the opening of this special exhibition in Skopje.
“This is a special exhibition for me, because besides my paintings, here we also have five paintings of my grandfather, the name of which I have inherited”, declared the painter from Kosovo.
Engjell Berisha was born in London in 1993. He lives and works in Pristina, where he studies painting at the University of Pristina. The latest collective exhibitions include Globalization Icas, where he won the “Merit Award for abstract” and in the Fides Award, he won the prize for the best painting./ibna/
