After submitting last week a request to declare the election of Hashim Thaci as president unlawful, opposition in Kosovo has demanded from the Constitutional Court to take a temporary measure, which means until this court rules on the request of the opposition, Thaci must not be considered as elected.
According to the opposition, this measure is necessary to prevent any risks or damages for the future of the country. Based on article 39 of the Regulation of the Constitutional Court, the Kosovo opposition has demanded from this court to invite it as a party to these proceedings. /ibna/
