Bernard Challandes has been appointed the new coach of Kosovo national football team. The 66 year old Swiss will replace Albert Bunjaku, who left in October 2017
During his presentation, Challandes said that he will try to form a new and more solid team.
“Thank you for your trust. I know that people in Kosovo are very passionate for football. For me, this is a big challenge. Kosovo is a young state and the team is even younger. There are Albanians who play abroad and we have a duty to invite them”, said Challandes.
The last team the 66 year old Swiss coached was Armenia, from which he resigned in March 2015. /balkaneu.com/
