Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj said today that “Kosovo has the right laws to guarantee the protection of human rights”.
In a meeting of the inter-ministerial group for human rights, Haradinaj said that institutions of Kosovo have managed to pass important laws concerning the protection of human rights.
“Here in Kosovo we know what it’s like to have human rights violated. This is why Kosovo should turn into a model in protecting human rights”, Haradinaj said.
He said that Kosovo not only has the laws and a Constitution, but also a tradition to respect human rights.
“Alongside gender equality, I should also add hour humanism which is known all over the world”, PM Haradinaj said. /ibna/
