President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci says that in the process of demarcation with Montenegro, there has been no concession whatsoever, therefore Kosovo doesn’t lose even a single square meter from its territory.

Mr. Thaci spoke of new facts, which according to him, prove this: “New facts show that no concession has been made in this process. These facts reject all fake arguments given by the opponents of this process, who have constantly contested the process for personal interests and political gains”, said President Thaci today.

Thaci invited all the political spectrum and MPs to rise above any interest and provincial logic.

According to him, the European future of Kosovo depends on the demarcation with Montenegro.

“The closer we are to the date when Parliament of Kosovo ratifies the border line between Kosovo and Montenegro, the more Kosovo is proving its determination for its Euro Atlantic future”, declared president of Kosovo.

In contrast to Thaci’s optimism, skepticism is growing in Pristina about the voting of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro by Parliament. Not only the opposition, but several majority MPs to, controlled by President Thaci and PM Mustafa’s parties, are constantly contesting the demarcation process. They suggest that this agreement takes from Kosovo many kilometers of territory and are unfairly given to Montenegro. /balkaneu.com/
