Court of First Instance in Kosovo has issued an arrest warrant for three MPs of Self Determination Party today. They are: Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj Bujupi and Albulena Haxhiu.
The court said that the MPs were subpoenaed to appear in court, as they are accused of using tear gas in the parliament of Kosovo and also for preventing officials to do their job. The judge of the case, Beqir Kalludra said that the MPs in question have not justified their absence in the court session.
Meanwhile, Albulena Haxhiu MP said that their absence in court today relates to the sentencing of the Self Determination activists last week to 21 years in prison. She said that the judicial system is politicized. /balkaneu.com/
