The third meeting between the government of Kosovo and that of Albania took place today in Pristina.

According to him, “the strengthening of cooperation between the two governments is in the best interest of the citizens and the countries, therefore we must find a common language to advance with the processes”.

Prime Minister Mustafa has revealed in front of the ministers of the two governments the achievements made by Kosovo in the recent months. In this context, he has mentioned SAA, the recommendation for the liberalization of visas and UEFA and FIFA accession.

On his address, Albania’s PM, Edi Rama said that “together, we have transformed the border from something that divided us into a new bridge of cooperation.”

“This cooperation led to the idea for the creation of joint energy spaces between the two countries. Within a few weeks we will be together again in Tirana in order to establish the interconnection line which links the energy highway between Albania and Kosovo and gives way to a new phase for the development of this joint space”, he said.

The Albanian PM also spoke of other agreements between the two countries, such as joint programs in education, cooperation in agriculture, etc.

During the meeting, the governments presented several agreements signed between the two governments.  This is the third joint meeting between the two governments. The other two have been held in Prizren and Tirana. /balkaneu.com/
