Kosovo is aiming to be part of the World Health Organization

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, participated in the First Regional Conference of the Promotion of Health Education, organized on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the National Institute of Public Health in Kosovo.

In front of many personalities working in the health sector from Kosovo, region and beyond, has greeted the opening of the First International Conference of the Promotion and Health Education.

Among others, PM Mustafa said that a lot of work is being done for Kosovo to become a member of the World Health Organization.

“Health is a great national resource and health care is the basis for our government policies. With the government program, we are determined to offer to the health service the necessary priority. We are working a lot for Kosovo to become a member of the World Health Organization and to become part of a world health coalition”, Mustafa declared.

Kosovo’s PM said that he believes in the potential and quality of health workers and their readiness to improve the situation in the health sector.

Mustafa took this opportunity to thank all international organization for the constant assistance given for the health system in Kosovo. /ibna/
