The priority of the government of Kosovo is economic development and agriculture in particular, where positive results have been achieved.
This was said by Kosovo’s PM, Isa Mustafa at the opening of the “Pristina 2016” expo.
In this fair, which saw the participation of chambers of commerce of FYROM, Albania, Serbia and Montenegro, the PM said that subsidies have been allocated for this domain.
Mustafa said that Kosovo needs to boost domestic production, in order to boost exports and the quality of products.
“There’s a positive trend of economic growth and exports this year. Now we’re preparing to be competitive in the European market”, Mustafa said.
Meanwhile, head of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Safet Gerxhaliu said that the private sector is moving forward, in spite of the numerous challenges. /balkaneu.com/
