Katrougalos - Christodoulides to meet in Brussels at the sidelines of the EU Foreign Affairs Council
On the sidelines of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Giorgos Katrougalos and Cypriot Foreign Minister Nicos Christodoulides will meet in a particularly important period, as Exxon Mobil drills began on plot 10 of the Cyprus' EEZ a few days ago, while Turkey has stepped up its pressure both towards the Cypriot and the Greek Government.

The meeting of the two counterparts is part of the ongoing and effective co-ordination between Greece and Cyprus, both for the developments in Cyprus' EEZ and the forthcoming tripartite summits, with Israel at heads of governments level on December 19 in Beersheba and with Jordan at Foreign Ministers level.

According to information of IBNA, Nicos Christodoulides will also inform his Greek counterpart about his trip to Washington in the first ten days of November, while the forthcoming trip of the Deputy Foreign Minister to the United States on December 13-14 will also be discussed./IBNA
