Dutch ambassador to Kosovo, Robert Bosch declared that it has now been decided that Kosovo will have a special tribunal and that it’s no good to refuse it, because, as he said, this tribunal would be established by the UNO.
Ambassador Bosch also said that it’s not known if this tribunal will be based in Holland, because the Dutch parliament must first approve this.
“First of all, the Special Tribunal will be based in Holland if our parliament approves it. Our parliament knows nothing about this, as it hasn’t been informed. Of course, papers have written about it, but there’s no official notification. Your parliament has not approved it yet, therefore our parliament cannot vote on something that doesn’t exist”, Bosch said.
Ambassador Bosch says that Kosovo needs a Special Tribunal and that the refusal of the opposition is not a good thing. “The failure to vote this tribunal would lead to the creation of a tribunal by UNO”, Bosch said.
Commenting other developments in Kosovo, the Dutch ambassador said that the two main issues that the government must focus relate to the creation of new jobs and the rule of law.
Bosch also commented the recent wave of illegal migration toward the EU countries, by saying that this process will damage the process of visa liberalization. /ibna/
