United States of America, Great Britain, France, Germany and Italy have called on political leaders in Kosovo to end the political crisis.
These five countries have expressed their concern about the political and economic situation in the country after the snap polls that were held in the month of June.
“We’re worried about the political situation in Kosovo. Kosovo is facing many challenges, current and long-term ones, including the IMF program, situation with electricity, but also the need for economic development, strengthening of the rule of law, European perspective and its relations with Serbia”, the statement released by these five countries says.
This reaction came following the decision of the PAN coalition to boycott the next parliamentary session, where the new speaker of Parliament and new Prime Minister of Kosovo are expected to be elected. /balkaneu.com/
