It is recalled that the two Regulators have granted exemption for IGB under Articles 9, 32 and 41 (6), (8) and (10) of the 2009/73/EC Directive for 25 years, in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of their common decision: EWRC P-BO-2/8.8.2018 and RAE 768/6.8.2018 (Government Gazette B ‘4052/2018).

According to RAE’s announcement, on 19 April 2019, interested parties may participate in the public consultation by submitting their views electronically to [email protected] (EWRC) and [email protected] (RAE), by Friday 17 May 2019.

The Energy Regulators of the two countries will publish a list of participants in the consultation, as well as the content of the letters submitted, except in the case where the sender requests his/her information and/or views to not be disclosed./ibna
