Head of EULEX Mission, Gabrielle Meucci says that he’s entirely committed to cooperate and offer his expertise in dealing with corruption claims.
Upon his return from Brussels, where he had consults with the European Service for Foreign Action, the head of EULEX Mission, Gabrielle Meucci, said that after the decision taken by the newly appointed chief of EU diplomacy, Federica Mogherini to appoint an independent legal expert in order to examine corruption claims, this Mission is entirely committed to cooperate and offer all the help needed in relation to this issue.
He said that he will fully engage in order to restore mutual trust between EULEX and the partners of this mission.
“A foreign and transparent examination is very important in restoring mutual trust between EULEX and our partners. This is in the best interest of everyone. I’d like to reiterate my personal engagement to apply a zero tolerance policy to corruption during my office”, says Meucci. /ibna/
