In favour of lifting the parliamentary immunity of the Secretary General of the Golden Dawn, Nikos Michaloliakos, voted the Greek plenary.
All the parliamentary committee of the Golden Dawn was absent from the vote
According to the case file, Nikos Michaloliakos in a public speech had used phrases such as “we will break your heads”, “we are more extremists than you think ‘, and that journalists should be “turned to soap”.
The plenary decided not to waive the parliamentary immunity of the President of ANEL, Panos Kammenos, for the case concerning planning infringements at party headquarters on Syngrou Avenue.
