Greece: Pilot border opening without quarantine for travelers from EU, Serbia, US, UK, Israel and UAE

As of today, April 19, Greece has opened its borders by lifting the 7-day quarantine for travelers from the EU, Serbia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Travelers to Greece from the above areas are required to have a negative PCR test up to 72 hours beforehand or to have been vaccinated, with the second dose at least 2 weeks before, and to have completed the PLF online form at least 24 hours before entering Greece.

Travelers can enter Greece either by air or by road from the border crossings of Kulata-Promahonas and Makaza-Nymfaia in Bulgaria.

In addition, at the border crossing points, rapid antigen detection tests for COVID-19 (rapid test) will be performed by EODY teams, which are in charge of carrying out medical examinations./ibna
